Capacitar began its seventh edition last week, which includes live theory classes, broadcast virtually, and in-person practical activities, according to the course schedule. Established in 2021, the program formed its first classes during the 2022 off-season, and participation is open to people over the age of 18, with completed primary education, as long as they meet the basic requirements specified for each course.
According to Marceline Cristina, HR Supervisor at CRV Industrial, all courses are taught by highly qualified professionals, ensuring excellent training and increasing participants’ chances of employment.
In addition to benefiting the external community, Capacitar also offers a version aimed at an internal audience, called Capacitar Interno. This program aims to train company employees for new roles, with a particular focus on training machine operators and drivers. This initiative reinforces the commitment to continuous professional development and increases the diversity and efficiency of the team.
The program is currently training a total of 167 employees, while 181 employees have already been classified, for a total of 348 specialists involved in the qualification process. (press office)
