Saving USD 1 Billion/GW
I developed an innovative concept aimed at saving USD v1 Billion/GW contracted by industrial, commercial and institutional customers.
It is simple and was born from a real case situation.
Customers are required to contract demand before their local concessionaires. It is a very rigid system that ultimately encourages them to contract a “slack” to avoid “exceeding fines”.
However, this slack is an idle investment that ends up costing and a lot!
The idea is to provide flexibility between customers of the same concessionaire who would be able to “exchange” positions of differences. Those who have a surplus of demand contract would make it available so that those who wish to increase their demand could “exchange” positions.
This avoids (idle) investments throughout the power production chain, saving everyone. For customers and for the concessionaire, which would then be able to deliver more energy with the same capacity.
I am available to transfer this innovation to entrepreneurs who would like to “make it happen”.
