The evaluation takes into account several criteria, such as infrastructure and services that encourage active mobility. This includes modes that go beyond just parking bikes, flexibility for future expansion of modes, wayfinding – referring to signage and design that helps people navigate efficiently, intuitively and safely in a built environment, promoting physical activity – reducing carbon emissions and accessible facilities for residents.
The level of the seal is determined by a scoring system that evaluates an organization’s performance:

In line with the latest sustainability trends, GT Building has achieved Active Score Platinum certification with The Pineyards residential project, located in the Cabral neighborhood.
